Very happy so far. Have been dealing with Geetika from support and she has been excellent, answered all of my questions quickly and is very knowledgeable. We have only just started using the app but is working as promised so far.

It can be a little fiddly to set up but once you get the hang of it it's very easy and should look after itself after the initial templates are created. I had a few issues but the team were very helpful and very quick to sort everything out. Great service.

The app works well - I was a novice but the team helped me completely. I already use their other integrations hence wanting to stick to a team I could rely on for support.

This is an essential app if you have a shopify store and plan to sell on Onbuy - the support team are always on hand to help out if you have any issues. Big thanks for the great work :)

Summaiya and the team have been invaluable in integrating my store with OnBuy. From asking 1 question on the live chat facility, a whatsapp group was created for me with round-the-clock assistance with any query I may have and their response time is pretty much immediate. I cannot thank the team enough for their help - seriously recommend this connector to avoid the hassle of creating product listings and tracking orders externally!

Have to use this as there's no easy alternative, support from the team has been very good. Very helpful and still working on the sync but hopefully will solve the solution of getting our items onto onbuy thanks

We have used the app to connect with Onbuy. The app has been ok, we had to overcome some issues where we didn't have EAN/Barcodes for some items, but Geetika was extremely helpful in getting things resolved. I must say that the customer service has been very good and responses to our questions have been quick - at any time of the day we get a response which is very encouraging. I think there are things within the app that we aren't using that we could benefit from, but so far no serious issues.

The customer service is fantastic. They have helped configure our account, map the fields and publish our products on OnBuy. Really good communication and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Not a good solution for selling one onbuy. Used this to connect with Onbuy, tedious on not well thought out. Better waiting for a simple normal type integration, had to abandon half way through as could see it was going to be time consuming and a nightmare. This is before i even got to listing my products on onbuy

Great onboarding process with super helpful team to make sure my product feed is working correctly. The customer support advised me how to import my products correctly, there were a couple synchornisation issues to overcome and then my products were all imported to OnBuy after a couple of days. This has saved me hours of time importing each Sku on by one and would definitely recommend.

Contacted them for assistance as I needed help. The team solved a problem quickly for me and was quick to respond and assist me directly through a phone call with help regarding using the application.
