I never leave reviews because... well, I typically find customer support to be mediocre or a service won't exceed my expectations– but the customer service with Upsell alone has me writing a review. Samantha went above and beyond to show me how to fix a newsletter pop-up. I was having issues getting the pop-up to be a certain size. She went in and changed it herself then screen-recorded a video of what she did so I could play around with it myself if I wanted to make future changes. Thank you for having an outstanding support team!

I normally don't leave reviews but Rissa was worth the time! She was AMAZING, patient, understanding and EXTREMELY helpful!! I had so many questions and needed so much help! She remained nice, respectful and calm and we managed to get everything worked out! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

I asked for assistance because I had to update the system by which emails were sent to new customers who signed up for the newsletter through the application's pop-up. Prateek helped me solve the problem. Very professional and competent. I recommend customer support because it works very well.

The customer support name Rosy Roberts is beyond amazing. I love every minute. She was able to explain everything in detail and much more. I got great advice from her. Thank you so much again I am new to this app and I need support till I learn all these tricks. Naomi from the support center walk me thru all this mess I created. Fix my problem so quickly make sure I understand and will not let me leave till all this is done to my satisfaction. Amazing support. Thank you Naomi so much

I found ONE just today and cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of customer service is outstanding. My advisor Maya walked me through step by step, checking to make sure I was ok with set up. It isn't difficult, quite the opposite. The pricing is very reasonable and in my opinion they are the next front runner. Fantastic☺️
