I will highly recommend this application who is looking to send customization Newsletters/ promotions/ announcement emails to the customer. And their support team is always available to assist you. They fulfil my requirement completely

I'm a Chinese retailer and I use this app to get my customers to subscribe to my website and request marketing emails for them. They helped me throughout the process. Mrs Trish attended me and was very attentive and competent and I am very grateful to her. It would be perfect if I could switch to Chinese language, I will use this again...

Nice app, but hard to believe that it's free completly. Why? I am afraid that one day they will say "it cost 500$". Can you explain this? What if I will send 30K letters per month? Per day?

There are hundreds of free email apps you can find on Shopify and dozens of paid apps that charge you a lot for just one feature. The pop-up app works great! Also, we are really fascinating as a team from their customer support. They always answer fast, solve any issue on their own, they don't refer us to blogs or videos to do it by ourselves like others and they customized each service even if they did not have to. We have only the free plan yet.

The customer service was great, no wait time and fast responses. They were able to help me with all of my issues and provide me help of actually fixing it on there end so i did not have to do much. Truly kind and welcoming staff.

Just starting using this app and so far so good. Although I wasn't able to create a pop-up in the way I initially wanted the support team were amazing and were able to help me find a work around. Looking forward to exploring more features of this app! One of the best support experiences I have received on any app we use.

The BEST customer service + app very easy to use. One thing I am sure many shopify users can agree on is wanting responsive customer service + ease of use. Every interaction I have had with anyone from the company has been great. They will talk to you on the phone (can you believe its not just email or chat box) and walk you through step by step. I use them for collecting emails via pop up, cart upsells, SMS marketing etc, They are great. This app has helped my conversions and increased avg cart order also!
