As a chief officer for a 8yr old ecommerce company. I always check with Shopify apps periodically to improve the store. I've been through 10 email marketing apps, last one i've uninstalled is Mailchimp, not as user friendly and cost more. ONE email marketing is the best email app you'll find to date, hand down. it's the only app you'll need to grow.

So this more of a review for the customer service that I have been receiving so far. They literally are like a close friend who is just hella knowledgeable with the interface. You ask and they try to help you out as much as possible. this review is mainly for RISSA! She help me get my sms running smoothly. She had grace and such a positive attitude. Unfreindly interface. Once intalled all you get is an intrusive webpage that keeps pushing you to subscribe to a paid subscription. Feels like a scam.

The Shopify App listing does mention that our free plan is only available for partner stores and developer stores, hence, your store type is ineligible for free plan. However, we do offer a 10 days free trial and if you cancel the subscription before the trial ends, you won’t get charged. It seems we may have missed the opportunity to assist you, as we didn’t see any record of you reaching out for support. We’re confident we could have addressed your concerns and guided you through the platform as we understand it might be overwhelming getting used to a new software. Just had an amazing experience with Patricia with One. Talk about professionalism. patience and knowledge. She is a rock star! Diagnosed the problem and resolved it all. Most importantly, she did it being able to decipher my primitive grunts about the issues I was having! Give her a raise. Some great features, and very easy to create emails linking in products and setting promotions. However I've just been told I cannot continue unless I upgrade my subscription to $149 per month! It's obscene for what it does. App uninstalled.

Previously, we offered an All-in-ONE package which includes all features in the app such as pop-ups, email, sms, AI sidekick and one-click upsell, that’s why the price is slightly higher compared to single-feature apps. However, we took your feedback into consideration and understand you might not need to use all functions in the app. Therefore, we developed a new Custom plan structure in which you can select and pay for the needed feature only. The price is much more affordable and suitable for users who wish to use only specific features in the app and not all. The customer service is really what makes this app superior. They are very responsive and extremely helpful - especially Jane and Naomi! I think there are definitely a few things that need improvements, I don't love the design templates they have and it's a little difficult to figure out how to customize at times. I'm hoping they ensure their customer service stays the same and look forward to being with them as they grow based on customer feedback.

Not useful for an Ecommerce business that needs data analytics from the email campaigns. The program only issues a total sum of money earned from the program IF you have a coupon attached and the coupon is used. Also no integration in seeing link clicks or what products were of interest in the email. I found the customer service to continue to provide the same answers over and over with the promise that they would integrate more analytical click data but the day never came where they made this advancement. Sure the process of setting the creative is easy but that's the best it offers. great for beginners i guess...

So far this app has been good for me. Customer support is very important to me because I am not very technical so I rely on this support to keep my business running. I have had a couple calls with customer support and they are very responsive with text, but video/screen share support you have to schedule for the next day usually. My most recent video support call was with Rosy Roberts today and it was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my main issue and made sure she answered any other questions I had about their service and addressed those as well on the same call.
