I have used many different APPS and I have NEVER had such excellent customer service as I have received with ONE! Fola, you have been amazing! The APP is also the most intuitive and easy to use APP...especially with Fola's help in learning how to navigate it. I wish all APPs were this great!

The app is great and has loads of features! It's not super user friendly however customer support is AMAZING. They will walk you through the process if you are having difficulty. We have reached out numerous times with questions and support has been super helpful. Honestly there are things I would have missed activating for my customers if support hadn't helped. 5 stars for amazing customer support.

Loved using this app. It's easy to use and the support team is great! I spoke to Natalie from the support team, and she helped resolve my query in seconds. The pop up automatically syncs to your Shopify data, so you don't have to worry about anything else once you create a campaign! Good app, easy to use!

First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.
