First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.

We installed this app and the pop up wheel instantly increased our Conversion! Anything and everything helps! We needed some help with a few noob things and the support was extremely responsive and even advised us some recommendations for our Pop ups!
