Setup is a little involved but I've had amazing customer support every step of the way. They've even gone in and found things that I forgot to add and did it for me! Customers love the spin wheel for discount codes and we've had quite a few customers use the codes on their orders.

Probably the best-upselling app on Shopify. If you choose any other service you are making a mistake! I made sure to follow along with the trials and include my own designs to keep the brand on par. I was blown out of the water with the customization features that weren't paywalled. Respectfully all developers deserve their cut but knowing they offer this for free takes the cake. The customer service alone makes me want to pay and I promise once I am successful I will promote this app until my mouth hurts!

Great app, easy to set up. Natalie popped up in the message box which was great to check over everything. She was able to take note of the colours and themes of my website and suggested things such as how to change colours of the pop-ups to match my website theme, how to set up the emails. Very friendly, super fast and very informative and helpful. Very pleased with it.

First the App is amazing, it has a lot of features, and themes and its just very complete! Second the customer service chat was Amazing! Rosy helped me verify my popup settings and also made some updates and suggestions to add another email schedules, and she was very polite and helpful! excelent customer service! This app is just amazing! and easy to use

Installed for HTML marketing emails. I think the editing features are excellent. The support was very attentive and helpful. There are many other useful features that I would like to use.

I am thrilled with this app and the support from Maya. I tried a lot of different pop-up apps and this is the only one that had all the features I was looking for - namely, integration with shopify inbox. I was able to easily create a beautiful email sign-up form and a follow-up email to send to the new subscribers. I had a question and Maya helped me right away, then she offered to review my pop-ups and gave me some incredible feedback. Her professional feedback really improved the overall user experience (and I'm not a beginner at this stuff). I'm excited to tour the rest of the features and feel confident that I will receive excellent service whenever I need it. Highly recommend and big thanks to Maya for her support!

Amazing app! There are many tools and customization options to help take your Shopify store to the next level. Customer support was great with assisting me with and even offered commendations to use the tool more efficiently. No wonder this app has 5 stars! Tool and support are well worth it.

Samantha has been very helpful, and I have the popups working perfectly on my site. I have an email collection with a discount set up and then a separate popup that is triggered on the cart page upon exit intent. It took some coding by the team, but everything is great and easy to use. Very customizable for a free app. Thx!

IT: Ottima applicazione, intuitiva ma allo stesso tempo completa: l'ho provata per iniziare a gestire le newsletter del nostro sito e l'ho trovata facile da usare sin da subito. Punto di forza l'assistenza: mi hanno contattato loro per sapere se avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mi serviva qualche chiarimento su alcuni particolari tecnici e sono stati super disponibili, veloci e precisi nel dirmi come procedere (con tanto di video ad hoc per ogni passaggio). Ovviamente l'assistenza è in Inglese, ma la chat ha anche la funzione di traduzione automatica quindi per chi non mastica la lingua è comunque facile capirsi. ENG: Great app, intuitive but complete at the same time: i'd tried it to start managing the newsletter and I found it immediately easy to use. Strong point is the assistance: they contacted me asking if I need some kind of help to start, I needed technical assistance for some minor issues and the where super helpful, fast and precise (with also ad hoc video instructions).

This is absolutely one of the best apps in Shopify. Free pop-ups, free email marketing, free SMS. I was worried that it wouldn't make a profit and would close down. If you're on the fence about installing this software, my answer is why not?
