I use this app's discount pop-up functionality to provide customers with a first order discount in exchange for signing up for our email newsletter. It works great and allows a lot of setup flexibility. I haven't tried the other functions in the app yet. We recently needed to set up the same pop up we were already using, but with different trigger rules for different pages on our website. I was able to get it done easily by cloning the campaign and changing the triggers. I reached out to support before activating the new campaign and Rosy was able to get it set up easily on my free plan. The app has been great, and customer service has been even better! Highly recommended.

This is going to be the app that revolutionizes the e-commerce platform as we know it!!! Before this app, I was trying to buy into multitude of apps and getting nothing concrete for my business, but now I'm building customer trust alongside email capturing which makes sales and AOV double, if not triple. Early on, I was helped by Natalie (who's a ROCKSTAR, by the way) and she helped me combine a campaign that was to my delight. Great app with a great team! Keep doing what you're doing over at ONE!

I never usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience on here I had to share! Firstly, I am not great with technology of any kind. I created a make-shift Email Marketing Pop Up for my website and an agent called Samantha messaged me on the website's instant chat, and she helped me everything. She was able to send me screenshots, she actually went in and fixed little details that needed to be fixed for me and made sure everything was perfect and to how I wanted it! ok so this app is soooo bomb! I love it. it is very easy to use but if you so happen to need help support is super helpful and fast. I've had the pleasure of getting help from Natalie and she's a dream. She has a solution for everything. I used SMS Bump in the past and it was confusing to me it also was annoying to connect with another app to have the email opt in with text opt in. This app lets let have email and text opt in together and it's a breeze. I recommend you download this and save yourself time.
