ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

Very interesting and complete app, just getting to know everything they offer, but one thing is for sure, they have an amazing customer service!

Hey all. Just wanted to share my experience with ONE's customer service today. I had some issues syncing my product pictures and prices through shopify and one. But with the help of Kate and Rissa I was able to resolve the issue. They were super responsive. Kate went through a deep investigation for me and figured it out. Thanks so much ONE team!!

Customer service and support is outstanding. The app its self has multiple functions and the app is extremely easy to navigate. They have a lot of new things they are working on incorporating and even have a suggestion tab for things to add to the app

LOU! Helped us for an hour with integrations of a specialty pop up! Super attentive, very easy to follow & had all of my questioned answered. Even though the regular version didn't allow for this pop up straight away Lou went to the trouble of customising & adding code to ensure what we wanted was achieved. Outstanding Service! :)))

Love this app.. So easy to use, great options to customise pop-ups and email marketing and the customer service is AMAZING! Highly recommended.

Maya was supper supportive and helped me all the way through my difficulties. It was a huge support and help for me to finish all the set-up and "coding" needed.

ONE's customer service was really amazing. Rissa helped me create a pop which did not even exist in their templates by doing some coding for me. She even provided me with a screen record so that I could carry on from there. Would definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou. Lou was VERY,VERY attentive, and extremely helpful and patient just as well as kind. Lou helped me to make my experience with this app seem as a breeze, and easy as ever. I learned a lot from Lou and how to navigate this app and configure certain aspects of this app. Lou I thank you a lot and look forward to working with you again if the occasion every arise.
