I haven't used this for very long, just getting it set up actually but the customer service is incredible! I'm not familiar at all with this kind of thing but it was really user friendly and when I got a little stuck, because I'm just not good at tech at all, I used the live chat and the representative that helped me was AMAZING! they jumped right in there and worked me through exactly what I needed to do, fixed problems I had made that I didn't even know about and got everything set up for me just like I needed. They even made suggestions on how I could get even more out of the app. And I'm just using the free option. Definitely recommend and can't wait to see the benefits!

This is a very slick app. I tried others, but they only offered discount codes and I needed a FREE shipping option. I needed something to better a 75% cart abandonment rate. Samantha helped me a lot to set up my FREE Shipping pop-up window and was very responsive. I will be tracking my conversations rate starting today...This is a game changer!

This app is fantastic!! I am so excited about it. Thank you Shopify for guiding me here and thank you to the wonderful support staff at ONE for helping me set myself up. I was looking to add popups to my website and the ONE app adds some that are really neat! And they are fully customizable too. I added my logo and colors and I love the look I achieved. Another thing: the ONE staff gives you QUICK support on DEMAND. They answer their chat immediately. Go for this app! You won't regret it!
