All I can say is WOW! This app is superb! Has everything you need to capture emails, sms etc. Honestly I haven't even looked at all of the features (because there so many) but so far its amazing and more than I could ask for. The support team is second to none, best service EVER! Big shout out to Kate! She understood my enquiry and helped me every single step of the way! So patient, kind and communication was lightning speed! She even recommended me so many ways to improve site navigation using their tools and I really couldn't thank her enough. She also coded a few bits to suit my website. Don't second guess if you want to use this app! There wont be anything better I tell ya! Thank you team!

Very easy to use and the help desk ( chat ) is especially amazing. very prompt to response, willing to help and make it easy to get what you want to achieve. the only down side I see is that the selection of the designs you can choose are pretty limited. but not too terrible. Happy to use this app!

EXCELLENT customer service, an excellent competitor to big names out there and PERFECT email builder. This is the only option for small businesses out there if you want to scale growth. They offer so much support and such exciting apps. Highly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical about this service and did some test broadcasts to small groups with both the Shopify service and ONE. About 70% of those sent via Shopify's service didn't reach their targets whereas most of those sent via ONE did. I also had reason to use ONE's support via chat and they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and patient with me and my stupidity - excellent customer service.
