I was a bit skeptical about this service and did some test broadcasts to small groups with both the Shopify service and ONE. About 70% of those sent via Shopify's service didn't reach their targets whereas most of those sent via ONE did. I also had reason to use ONE's support via chat and they couldn't have been more helpful, polite and patient with me and my stupidity - excellent customer service.

I was having some issues with my spin the wheel campaign for our black friday sale, but, Trish and her team were very helpful. They made sure to go the extra mile to fix my issue!
