This app is amazing. I am very positive that this will help scale our business a TON. And the customer service is extraordinary! Rosy helped me sent up my pop-up and made sure everything was accurate. I am very impressed with the capabilities of this app. Also, the templates and autonomy for personalization is great. 100% recommend.

Nice app, but hard to believe that it's free completly. Why? I am afraid that one day they will say "it cost 500$". Can you explain this? What if I will send 30K letters per month? Per day?

There are hundreds of free email apps you can find on Shopify and dozens of paid apps that charge you a lot for just one feature. This is by far the best Shopify app I've ever downloaded. It's a multiple apps in one. I had a call with Stephanie who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She walked walked me through the app and helped me publish my opt-in campaign, as well as create an upsell for one of my products. I am also in the process of using some of the app's other features such as email automations and email newsletters. I would wholeheartedly recommend this app.
