I have used this app for about 3 years now, and this is a really good app that I highly recommend! Of course there a a few things here and there than can be improved, but the team always listen to suggestions and more than once have actually made the change for the better. The support is fantastic and that alone is worth more than anything. You always get a quick reply and help to fix your issue! I am very happy with the product!

Rosy is the best and she needs a raise lol. I am new to this app and she literally answered all my questions, suggested a lot of things , and also made me delete all my other email creating apps to fully convert to the one she is working for! I installed the app hoping it would do well, and it does way more than that! I'm very happy I installed the app. In fact setting up my first campaign I made a big mistake, and I contacted Customer Service for help. Right away Rosy came to the rescue. Literally! She solved my problem in a breeze, she made the fix very simple and quick. In no time the app was configured perfectly well, she helped me undo my mistakes and corrected what I did wrong. She even helped me to test it live, and it all worked perfectly as intended. I am very happy I installed One. Rosy deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend the app to everyone!

第一次碰到一个app竟然可以说中文的，太棒了。弹窗的主题也有很多选择性。我还有设置了赢回邮件，虽然不能很快就可以全部发送到客户邮箱，但是这值得等待。客服回复的速度也很快。她们会很快的帮助我解决问题。太喜欢这个在线咨询服务了。
