I am just starting with the app but so far I am amazed. Natalie went above and beyond, the customer service was 10/10. She was available and replying very quick. Man Shopify put me on to this App called ONE that uses up sell 'email pop up' sms and many more tools in one '' IT IS AMAZING !! im telling you ' you have to try this App ' its compact but has a lot of features ' very very powerful app to grow your business ' and the customer support is great '' Abby ' is amazing at walking you though the app ' almost like you do nothing ' they handle things the way it should be handled '' i love this app ' Thanks ONE 'you are Number ONE!!!

What a super app and the team is amazingly helpful. I had a bit of a technical problem with a pop up (my fault) but the team just sorted it out for me within a few minutes.

I just signed up on this app and was immediately greeted by Lou if I had any questions. I was only going to browse, but since Lou extended his help I took advantage. I'm so glad I did. He was very patient and guided and helped me to start up my welcome emails. He also provided me a tutorial video showing me how to make changes that I requested. The customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Lou for all your help!

The customer service that you gave me was phenomenal, formidable and extraordinary.... I can already see the vision of why ONE will be the number 1 app for Upselling Marketing, and Cross-selling all in one place, and the good thing about this app is that they work effortlessly and it's free and the way ONE plans on benefitting in the future is basically on your store success.... Listen friends download this App you'll be saving so much money because all of the vital apps your paying for individually is all in ONE place.
