I've used this service for years on a different platform. When I switched to Shopify, this was maybe the easiest part of the switch. Set up is a breeze. There was one custom difference between the two platforms that I couldn't figure out. They had it sorted in minutes! The free tier is extremely generous and the upgrades are well worth the price. A++ would ONE+ again!!

I only started using this app recently, so I haven’t seen the long term benefits from it yet, but the support team is phenomenal. Pauline stayed 2 hours walking me through every step and process to maximize my usage for this app. I am looking forward to keep using it and to see my sales grow.

I am not good at using email apps. I went on to the chat version of the help on ONE+, and someone answered me immediately. Other apps there is a bit of a wait. I got Sofia on the chat and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to have patience with my ineptness, and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could completely understand. She solved my issues quickly and stayed with me to make sure I was able to see the problem was solved, explained in detail how it was done, and even added a few more features I didn't know I could do. She made it look simple. She was amazing, and made it a education as well as pleasurable experience. I'm happy I chose this app.

After a few trial and errors with other apps, I am so grateful to have found this app. 5 stars hands down. It is very easy to navigate. I also cannot say enough about their customer service. They're easily accessible whenever you need help. They're very quick to respond. Kate & Pauline was phenomenal. Not only did Pauline answer all of my questions, she went above and beyond and looked at my settings and gave me other valuable tips and pointers that I am so grateful for.
