The app is easy to use and you can do many things with the free plan. But it is better to upgrade to get access to more features when you have more visitors and customers. The customer service is just amazing and helpful. They help everybody, free or paid plan. Today I got Nathalie on the chat. Not only she gave an answer to my question, she also checked my settings and made some suggestions. But the best of all, she offered me 250 sms credit for Free. Highly recommended!

i love this app! the chat support team is very helpful and responsive! if i couldnt figure it out they did for me! i will definately be continuing to use it!

So far the customer service has been fantastic. They even checked in on my work setting up the prize wheel and made suggestions as to how could improve it. They were very helpful and sweet.

Had an issue, customer service responded instantly and solved it. No complaints at all with that. Interface is a little bit complicated at first but once you get familiarised it make sense

I've been using ONE for almost a year and it's been so smooth to use and very convenient. I just started having problems to show my sales pop up and I requested support to fix it. Naomi was super kind making a report so engineers could solve the issue and was solved so fast. Customer service it's professional and reliable. I totally recommend this App to build clients.

Ich habe diese App jetzt ein paar Tage und muss sagen, egal welches Problem ich gehabt habe, ich wurde immer sehr schnell und lieben Damen unterstützt. Und ich finde die Designs und Vorlagen sehr schön, habe nur den Text ein bisschen umgeschrieben und war dann auch schon fertig. Kann ich sehr empfehlen :)

This is a great app to use for popups & campaigns. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. My first campaign was simple to set up coming from someone who hadn't done one before. And the support team is awesome, they are always super helpful and very responsive!
