First, let me say that Emily, the chat representative, was awesome! So helpful and quick with detailed responses. Would love to work with her again. I do think that there could be better options for the popup themes or a library of other images to use on the popup background. You can upload your own art, but I didn't see a library of options, which would be sweet! Overall a solid experience. Now we just wait and see if the popup works well and converts.

This app does what I need it to do! From sending emails & texts and customizing them to creating gift cards. This app is so excellent! The customer service is so efficient and fast!
