I used the pop up app which is a really nice touch to our website. I really enjoy the Chat feature. Samantha was so nice and helpful in the chat and even provided photos to walk me through the entire process.

Great customer service with One. Rosey worked with me and was patient even though i messed up a couple of times trying to rush. She tweaked a couple of things and helped with the Spin Wheel app to make it more aesthetic and matching with my brand. Plus the fact that this app has many features that are free. Usually you have to pay for multiple apps individually to get what ONE offers. Great job!

I enjoy this app. The possibility of conversions is endless. I haven't used the app much as I am new to the platform, however, so far so good. I experienced great customer support from "Rosy" as well, she offered assistance even when I did not ask for it! 5 stars for me on customer support alone!

I use this app for all our seasonal promotions, newsletter signups, and donation campaigns. It is easy to use, there are plenty of customer service help and assistance, and the themes and templates are beautifully designed. Well worth your time to add this app to your shop!

I used it to create pop-up spin wheel, love it so far. Easy to use, ability to change theme colors and designs. Email templates are great too. Looking forward to explore rest of the features.

I use this app's discount pop-up functionality to provide customers with a first order discount in exchange for signing up for our email newsletter. It works great and allows a lot of setup flexibility. I haven't tried the other functions in the app yet. We recently needed to set up the same pop up we were already using, but with different trigger rules for different pages on our website. I was able to get it done easily by cloning the campaign and changing the triggers. I reached out to support before activating the new campaign and Rosy was able to get it set up easily on my free plan. The app has been great, and customer service has been even better! Highly recommended.

Fola was fantastic in helping me get the design and specifications of my requests to the pop up I was trying to customize. Support has always been great with this company.
