I found the app a little difficult t use at first but it didn't take long to see how it all worked and anything I needed help with was extremely quickly resolved through the chat system! I'm so grateful to Emily and Trish for helping me create my first pop-up and automated emails! Thank you!!

I have a very good experience! The app is very useful and gives your store a professional look! It is easy to use, many great tools. I authoritatively declare guys, this app is great for beginners and professionals. If anything, customer service is there for you. P.S. Don't ask for Rosy lol she only talks to me. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Anbieter, der mir hilft nach erfolgreicher Newsletter-Registrierung (inkl. Double Opt-In) eines Kunden eine automatisierte E-Mail mit einem Freebie Produkt als Dankeschön zu verschicken. Emily hat die Kampagne Schritt für Schritt mit mir zusammen eingerichtet und hat sich sehr viel Zeit dafür genommen. Im Anschluss gab es Probleme bzgl. des Versands und sowohl Emily als auch Rosy unterstützen mich seitdem dabei, das Thema zu fixen. Danke für diesen MEGA Customer-Service - unschlagbar!

There aren't enough stars on this board to rate the experience I had! I worked with Trish & Rosy and when I tell you they went above and beyond to get me set up, it's an understatement. I am low vision and they helped set my colors, fonts, added a link...I'm so incredibly grateful and not once did they make me feel like i was a nuisance. I honestly believe they would do the same for everybody! Not only is the app exactly what I was wanting but those 2 ladies...wow!'m literally going to check to see what else they offer because this is the type of company that deserves my money!
