Just started using this app. It's great! I don't think it's that user-friendly, but customer support is right there at your fingertips to help implement your pop-ups etc. So far, so good!

I used the app to introduce a subscription with reward campaign. The result was amazing, especially in the first 2-3 days. Somehow, the conversion slowed down after day 3. I reached out to their online support and got immediate feedback and suggestions. I will keep monitor the results. So far, I had great experience with this app and their support!

i just downloaded this app after coming from Privy. I installed it purely based off of the reviews and so far it has not disappointed. The online support, Rosy, messaged me immediately to ensure that I did not require assistance. After creating my first pop-up, Rosy reviewed it and caught mistakes that I did not see. Rosy also added features to the welcome email that I would have never thought of as a new business owner that will ultimately heighten my conversion rates. I am very impressed so far.

I wanted a decent app so I could create pop ups on my website. I saw this one and all the extra features as well as pop ups! So I tried it. I was offered support as soon as I began creating my first pop up. The support was excellent! So far, very very impressed!

App was easy to use for a simple pop up I wanted to make... what made the experience even better was the low pressure, high quality and EXCELLENT service of Rosy on the online support. No selling, just great suggestions of enhancing what I want with FAST service! Once I get comfortable I will definitely check out the paid services because they can do some awesome things! I've only just started with this app but my Support Agent Trish was amazing. She helped me decide where to get started and then helped me with the parts of the process that I had questions on. The set up process is pretty easy. The templates and marketing strategies are really nice. I'm excited to implement the various parts of this app into my Shopify store campaign.

One of the Great Free App for the Marketing Purpose. Very easy to use and they got lot of themes to customize from. They do offer Email, SMS and more for your store. Customer Service is the best compared to many other Apps. So, I Highly recommend them.

For the time being my experience has been amazing. I'm new in e-commerce and had installed a bunch of APPs for e-mail marketing and increase conversion. With ONE app I can do everything I need in a easy way. I've had the need to contact the live chat 2 times to help me solve 2 small dificulties and the response was fast and clear. What amazes me even more is the fact that with such app and such support the app has a pretty damn good free plan. with everything I need to start my store. Amazing

In love with this app! Sales questions were answered very quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Installation/setup is user-friendly. Chat support has fast response, answered all questions, and even made wonderful suggestions for improvement. This will be replacing a few apps!
