There aren't enough stars on this board to rate the experience I had! I worked with Trish & Rosy and when I tell you they went above and beyond to get me set up, it's an understatement. I am low vision and they helped set my colors, fonts, added a link...I'm so incredibly grateful and not once did they make me feel like i was a nuisance. I honestly believe they would do the same for everybody! Not only is the app exactly what I was wanting but those 2 ladies...wow!'m literally going to check to see what else they offer because this is the type of company that deserves my money!

The app is really well designed, plenty of themes and you can adjust and customise everything. But what made me happy more than the product was their customer service. By far one of the best customer service experience i had! I hope they will keep it that way forever.

This is a great app, the email automations and pop ups are very good, a lot better than the one I was previously using which was more expensive. I am so glad I found this because it really is going to save me so much time and money too. Support is really helpful too. Very pleased!

Every time i make a new campaign the customer service of this app helps me out! they are amazing and make suggestions to optimize my campaign, then also do it for me so i don't have to search for it myself! Samantha and Betsey, you guys are rockstars! This app is def recommended!!

Setting up this app was an absolute dream and it's FREE!!! We installed the app and immediately had a very helpful person helping us. I was looking for an sign up pop up with a discount and not only can this app do it but there are loads more features offered. This is amazing considering it is free. The customer service is the best I've ever received, Rosy helped me customise the colours to match my theme and double checked that everything was set up optimally.

I received help from two members of customer support (Trish and Samantha, hey!!) who went above and beyond to help me (and even included screenshots that helped me clearly see what my campaign looked like from my customers' perspective). So far this app has been a breeze to navigate, especially with live support to chat with. I hope to see success in the coming months!

This app is perfect. We are using it for social proof and popups and it has been perfect. But, what is the best part is their customer support, its quick and they make sure you are happy with the solution they offer. I think their customer support is the best, I have used amongst all the Shopify app co.

Super great, complete funtions and easy to modify, you can design most of the details and most importantly it is a free app. btw the customer service is great, can help you solve the problem properly an give you nice advise after you set up!

I like how this app has practically all the features I'm looking for. I was a little overwhelmed the first time I used it and as I explored its features because it isn't very user friendly, but when I requested for customer support, I was instantly helped and my concern was resolved smoothly.
