I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish. I used this app initially to promote a specific product with a pop up discount code. I absolutely love how easy it was to set up, and tailor to my branding. Then got really excited when I realised I could target those customers with further info that would benefit them. I’m now exploring email marketing via the app and fully expect it to work just as seamlessly. Customer support is also fantastic!
