I've had this app for about a month now. It has been user friendly, I did need to make a few adjustments on sending our subscriber emails. Once I contacted support the response was very efficient, I didn't have to wait long hours, or days for a response. I worked with Patricia and Rosy and both went above and beyond to resolve my issue, as well as offered suggestions that were beneficial to my store. I will definitely continue to use this service.

I just downloaded this app. I was looking at newsletter service for the most part. I was using Omnisend before. It is about 2 hours since I started making the new NL template. I can say at this point: the customer support is 5 sec away, very helpful. While it takes time to get used to how things work, I think it will be very easy after initial learning of the functions. The best part so far - this app lets you add a video to you news letter. This is awesome.

Wonderful hassle-free and user-friendly app with amazing customer support. It offers lots of options for your pop-up like triggers and a bouncing box and so forth. You can change everything to your taste. The support people thought I might need help so they reached out to me by email to ask if I needed help. Amazing!

Just wow! Don't know where to start TBH. The app itself is splendid with all the different option to choose from. Not to mention the customer service OMG! There's Rosy, Trish, Patricia & Jessica have been very patient and helpful, No matter how long or how many questions you ask, with a remarkable manner, they answered all without hesitation and more. Words aren't enough to express how happy I am talking to all of them. Thank you for being very polite, Really appreciate it.
