I'm very very new to shopify and this app is very highly recommended. The support staff via chat was excellent! (name called Patricia) She was very kind that she would go the extra mile to make sure I am happy and all problems that I find is all resolved. I'm very new to this app and website and I find very hard creating website or using app but she was very patiently walked me through this at my level. I highly recommend this app! Thanks a lot!

This is my first time using Shopify and this app came highly recommended. I can see why. The support staff go the extra mile to make sure their clients are squared away. They are readily available, knowledgeable, and super friendly. If you do not know how to do something they will walk you through it as well as offer to assist you with it as well. I salute this app and the staff.

I chose this app due to the overall rating. I like that it is easy to use and you can make a relatively appealing pop up with minimal effort. I'm having some ongoing issues with uploading my own images to the app however Trish was really helpful and has been able to assist me with uploading images for me. Customer service is great - hopefully the problems I'm having will be fixed soon!

I was struggling to find a popup to use on my shopify store. There are so many choices and reviews. What has made my experience so great with ONE+ is the help I received to setup my first campaign via the online chat. Rosy was outstanding. Can't recommend highly enough.

I used this app to replace a previous app which I used for pop-up discounts. The best decision I ever made! They have a support staff available to help you and guide you through any difficulties you have which is immensely helpful. Not to mention the app itself has sooo many features which is easy to use and navigate. Support staff (Rosy) helped me add and improve my marketing which I would not have figured out on my own. I am using the free plan is it one of the best apps I have used on Shopify, I believe this is the first app any small business NEEDS for their Shopify! highly recommend!
