So far the app has been straightforward to set up, I'll have to wait and see how the functionality works over time. I had a suggestion for Rosie in Support, and she was very helpful !

I have recently been reviewing OneLoyalty App for my Shopify store, and encountered a very "pleasant" surprise from one of the representatives of OneLoyalty! Before I could even decide to implement the App, Rosie from One Loyalty emailed me to offer her help and assistance with getting this program installed for me! WOW! This floored me and has never happened before! I will most DEFINITELY be using OneLoyalty soon, as Rosie is an outstanding example of how great customer service is really suppose to be!! Just downloaded the app and have found it to be very easy to set up. I had no problems getting everything the way i wanted it. I even accidently clicked the customer support button and got connected with Emily. Emily was able to see that I was customizing my widget for the website and even went out of her way to find the exact color code I needed to get the widget to match my website. Outstanding customer service and already looking forward to using this app.

"I've been using this app for now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The user interface is intuitive and clean, making it easy to navigate.
