Our Soundcore app was successfully launched on both the App Store and Google Play without any issues. Ok i have been a fan of this app as it brought my vision to life and it was easy to use and the price was 29$ monthly. However, it's a whole mess after they had changed their pricing list. Going from 29$ to 99$ monthly with fees per every order AND infrastructure fee is crazy. I can't believe i'm about to lose my 4k customers who have downloaded the app. This is way too much and it's stressing me out so much. Unless you're a huge company with tons of staff, i wouldn't recommend because you also have to pay monthly to shopify along with fees and payment gateway so yeah keep it in mind. now i need to ask my customers to redownload my new app which is unprofessional.

Our updated pricing structure was introduced alongside initial transition promotions back in late 2025 to reflect rising infrastructure costs and industry-wide market changes across mobile platforms. Even though the initial promotional window had passed, your legacy rate was honored for a three-month transition period in August, 2026. Regarding how our fee structure is designed, per-order fees and infrastructure fees are never stacked on every transaction. Mobile app sales under $2,000/month are subject to a 0% fee from OneMobile, ensuring growing businesses are comfortably supported before the 2.9% infrastructure fee ever applies. Most importantly, your 4,000 customers are completely protected and will never be required to redownload a new app. Under standard app store procedures, your existing app listing can be transferred directly to your own developer account or a new builder, allowing future updates to be pushed seamlessly without any disruption to your current users. Your account is still being closely looked after by our team as your final discounted cycle wraps up this month.
