Scammed by "Discount" Banner - Avoid this App OneMobile is using deceptive tactics to force upgrades. They showed me a banner for a 'Discount Gesture' but clicking it secretly upgraded my plan from $25 to $99/month. Support is hiding behind the 'you clicked approve' excuse despite the misleading UI. This is a bait-and-switch scam. Merchants, watch your bills closely or switch to a different builder.

That is never our intention, and we understand how frustrating unexpected billing changes can feel. However, we would like to clarify that any plan upgrade requires explicit approval from the store owner within Shopify’s confirmation screen. A third-party app cannot trigger or approve a charge on your behalf without your authorization. Super easy setup and great customer service! I talked with Jaxber and Rosie the most, and they answered all questions and were really easy to work with. They got my app approved on both app stores quickly! Definitely recommend trying if you're wanting an app that just transfers over everything that is already in your shopify store easily. The themes they have are pretty basic, but it was easy to add pictures and totally recustomize their themes to make it look just like my website!

Updated 23rd Sept 25: You must ask to see what features are included before moving, the app works, customer service is good. Updated 28th April 2025: Missing key features that aren't communicated prior to moving. Moving apps is a real pain. So much is not offered on the lower tier pricing.
