This app works really well for our small family business and I love their customer service! It's prompt, efficient and very intuitive. What more can anyone ask for.

This will be our third year with Ongoing. The app is easy to set up and the subscriptions are playing an important role within our Customer Retention strategy. Adriana is very responsive and flexible and has always tried her utmost to solve any glitches or issues that have arisen. We have recently worked with her to re-word some of the on-site messaging which was done very quickly. She is also open to app development ideas for future. We are happy customers :-).

We tested several subscription applications, but this one was the most flexible, and the support is exceptional - they respond within a few hours. We highly recommend this app!

I had the best support from Adriana. She helped me set up & figure out some glitches due to a Shopify theme issue & even created a personalised, guided 'how to' video on Loom for me straightaway. All my queries were answered & issues fixed during our conversation. Honestly genuine & caring developers.

This APP works perfectly and the customer service for the back-end is top notch! I could not run my shop without it. SuzZine ships monthly and I never need to worry about getting paid on time!

We upgraded our Shopify theme and noticed that the subscription products were no longer showing the subscription options. Adriana responded to our help request very quickly and provided clear instructions to remedy the problem. Issue solved! Great customer service and a great app that has allowed us to develop industry leading subscription products.

Top notch service from Adriana. She helped me get my Shopify subscriptions set it during our initial intake call, and then responded and fixed some updates I had within the same day!! This husband and wife duo is fantastic- they are professional, hard working, and very responsive. I cannot recommend this company enough! 5 Stars!

I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!

I was looking for an application that would allow for re-occurring orders. After installing the app, a phone call came through from an employee with ongoing subscriptions. I was on the phone with Adriana for 1 hour, and she walked me through how to integrate the product, and how to get it up and running. I am very impressed with the support, and I am excited to add this to our site.

Within 45 minutes everything was set up. Adriana was a massive and easy help. Been putting off my subscription idea for months and I am very happy to have used this platform. The free plan is great but there is a 2.0% fee on all transactions. But its totally fair and worth it for the amount of support the creators give.

The app has been great in helping us track our subscribers and identify any profile issues that may occur. Adriana always provides prompt, reliable responses to help us troubleshoot and fix any issue we may have when using the app with our store and products - even on weekends! Usually, I like to wait at least 30 days before reviewing an app, but it would be an injustice to not share my wonderful experience now rather than later. I installed this app today, Saturday, Mar. 05, 2022. I had an issue with how my product description relocated and changed. I sent the developer an email explaining my issue. I really wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone on a Saturday evening. So, understandably when I got a call to assist me I was blown out of the water. My issue was resolved and Im loving the layout and function of this app. Thank you so much Adriana yo your prompt attention to my email.

I purchased this app and figured i would try and set it up in the evening after i was done work in my studio. Well the owner called me and walked me through complete set up and in 20 minutes i was up and running. I already got 4 subscribers enrolled and it was easy. I LOVE how i can see exactly who joined which product so easy and now everything is all in one place! THANKS SO MUCH
