Best customer service ever! And great app for subscription. I have so many questions at first and they help me step by step. 2026 Update: I had to uninstall the app because it became unreliable. I’ve experienced constant issues over the past few years but tried to work around them, especially with the customer portal. It took over 24 hours to get a response to a single question. My message was seen but went unanswered because no one could help me, which caused me to lose income.

WOW! That's all I can say! This app got us running in 5min...had a call on our business line and the owner called me to walk me through the rest of the way. Glad there are great companies out there on this platform. I would refer Ongoing Subscriptions to all! Well done

Very easy to set up following the video, I was able to create my subscription preferences. Love that I received a call the same day to match the colours of the writing to my brand colours!

Wow! I have been blown away by the customer service, support and product. Within 5 minutes of installing the app I had a call from support to help me set everything up. They had to do a little work to make the colour scheme match our website. It was done within 12 hrs. I've just had another message from Adriana to check all is OK. I can not fault the service or product. I've been so disappointed with other apps on shopify in the past but this one is PERFECT. Keep up the great work guys. Its a faultless experience so far
