I cannot get over the level of customer service and help that Adriana and Ongoing provided. I had a glitch that I didn't know existed and she got it fixed and our website ready for subscriptions. She called and emailed and made getting us up and running a priority. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I used this app to provide subscription options for my future buyers. Adriana, the owner, was so pleasant and had great customer service. I loved that she reached out to me via email to see if I needed assistance with setting up the subscription options for my future customers. Indeed I did, she called me on the phone and assisted me with setting up my subscription groups. This is the best subscription app and I love how I’m able to give my customers options. Adriana was awesome! Download this app, you will not be disappointed and if you are having issues with setting up your subscription groups, Adriana or her husband will assist you!

I was looking for a subscription app and am glad that I found an Ongoing Subscription!! There were two times that I needed help after installing this app. Adriana helped so quickly *(in my case it was less than 15 minutes) and it was just awesome. I truly appreciate her quick response and she even fixed the issue immediately. Anyone is still reading reviews then I would say go ahead and add this app. You will be in safe hands :)

We are fairly new to the Shopify world and Ongoing subscriptions made our lives a whole lot easier. The customer service was excellent. Adriana gave us the boost of confidence we needed to have a seamless experience in running our store. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She walked us through our set up and gave us advice on how to run subscriptions efficiently and gave us tips to benefit us in the future. The set up in itself was very easy. The app creators created a tutorial on how to navigate the back end and it made it simple for the end user. I highly recommend this app for subscriptions as we've gone through several different ones and settled with Ongoing in the end. The ongoing support set the bar high for other app creators!

I am using the Ongoing Subscriptions app for a private facebook group with a monthly fee. The app was easy to setup, easy to navigate and the tech support I needed was was fast and super helpful. I would highly recommend!

EVERY APP SHOULD BE THIS EASY!!! I don't take all caps lightly and that was a strategic use of my very little used cap lock key. Anyway, I was sucked in by the 5-stars Repeat Kit Subscriptions has and I was just really exploring the idea. I installed it and had a product set up with a subscriptions in less than 2 minutes. It's almost TOO (there it is again, all caps... who am I?) easy... Who am I kidding, too easy is a social construct created to keep us down man... I mean, why shouldn't something be this easy, why must we expect it to be hard, ya know? Anyway, where was I? The app is very easy to use and I even received a chat message to make sure I had everything I needed AND was congratulated on already having created a subscription... Guys, this is what quality app development and customer service looks like... TLDR: Stellar app, much easy, so wow...

RepeatKit allows me to offer my customers a convenient delivery schedule coupled with a discount on my nutritional supplement store. Pricing as well as responsive customer support are great! Looking forward to some updates and added functionality soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately Shopify has removed my ability to use Shopify Payments because I'm selling fitness supplements. This makes the app non usable because they don't integrate with PayPal Payflow Pro. :( UPDATE 2: Adriana did a lot of leg work to find any way that I could still use their app. PayPal Express or Authorize dot net would work but unfortunately both are not really options for me right now. PayPal Express takes users away from my shop to PayPal which will affect conversion rate and Authorize dot net adds additional charges. Neither are exempt from Shopify's 1% tariff on using anything other than their gateway. If it was not my choice, Shopify should waive that fee. In any case, Adriana really tried to make it workable.

This app it's amazing! It was perfect for my needs of a basic subscription product. The customer support is one of the best I have ever encountered: quick, right, to the point, with even some tips of better wording the plans!
