This app helps users like myself sell subscriptions to my customers while staying on my shopify domain. That was the biggest issue my store faced, and with this issue solved im eager to see the results Ongoing will help me gain. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! I was on the phone for 30 mins and they helped me set up my subscription app, link the free shipping successfully, and answered all of my questions. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

WOW! That's all I can say! This app got us running in 5min...had a call on our business line and the owner called me to walk me through the rest of the way. Glad there are great companies out there on this platform. I would refer Ongoing Subscriptions to all! Well done

We downloaded the app over the weekend for our new line of subscription boxes. Sunday night, I added my first box to the website with a small technical error. Just before noon Monday morning, I received a call from Adriana, who took the time to look into how I configured the box prior to calling. Very easy to set up following the video, I was able to create my subscription preferences. Love that I received a call the same day to match the colours of the writing to my brand colours!

Wow! I have been blown away by the customer service, support and product. Within 5 minutes of installing the app I had a call from support to help me set everything up. They had to do a little work to make the colour scheme match our website. It was done within 12 hrs. I've just had another message from Adriana to check all is OK. I can not fault the service or product. I've been so disappointed with other apps on shopify in the past but this one is PERFECT. Keep up the great work guys. Its a faultless experience so far

I LOVE Ongoing subscriptions. I use them for both of my shopify stores: one an online retailer, and another a weekly delivery service. The customer support is incredible and you can customize your subscriptions based on your needs for your business!
