I’ve had an amazing experience with Opus and especially with their support team. Vivian went above and beyond to help us with a very specific use case involving hidden rewards and multiple free gift tiers. She was not only knowledgeable and responsive, but also incredibly patient and solution-oriented. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to implement a custom setup that fits our marketing vision perfectly. I just downloaded the app and I couldn't be happier. It's useful for any level I'm at, whether testing or more advanced. Plus, Lulla from support is helping me at all times as if she were right there by my side. I feel very grateful.

I want to leave a huge thank you to Lulla and our dev Mia! They helped me at every moment from the very beginning, quickly solved all the issues and questions I had with my store and theme, and didn’t spare any effort to provide me with fast and efficient support. The app itself is incredible! it gave me everything I was looking for, and with their help, my cart is now exactly how I wanted it! I've experiemented with a few cross sell apps and this is by far the most feature rich. I had a couple of changes that I needed and Lulla and the support team were very responsive and friendly.

The app works well, performs as expected given that I am on the free plan, there are a good amount of things that are available for stores like mine despite only being on the free version, so I am happy about that. They also have a great support team, I wanted to change something specific, asked them for help to which Katie and Ryan quickly helped me sort out exactly what I wanted. Props to them!
