I’m really impressed with the Opus Cart Drawer & Cart Upsell app! It’s simple, clean, and super easy to use—perfect for my small business. The features work exactly as I need without any unnecessary complexity. What truly stood out was the support. Vivian and the developer David helped me out on a Saturday evening, which is absolutely exceptional customer service. The customer support at Opus is next level, they are always patient and they make sure they help you out to the best of their ability even if the problem seems really technical or hard. I was really pleased to be helped by Vivian and Ryan in the developer side, the work they do is really A+ and I will even want to have them in my personal store because of how good they do their work. Never imagined Opus will have developers at their disposed, many apps when the problem is really technical they always follow up with your problem and it even takes days to get resolved but in Opus their developers are like customer support agents that they are available whenever needed. Very much recommended app way better than UpCart too and the cart drawer even looks better and is more customizable!

Vivian from Opus Cart Upsell has been absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me set up and customize the app to fit my store perfectly. Her responses were fast, clear, and super friendly — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The app itself works great and has already improved our upsell conversions, but what really stands out is the quality of support.
