Great app for boosting revenue before checkout. The free-gift and add-on items display beautifully, and everything loads instantly on mobile.

I like that I can change the layout and colors easily. The upsell products look good on both desktop and mobile, and they convert better than what I used before.

This app completely changed how my store handles pre-purchase offers. The cart drawer looks polished, customers interact with it far more than before, and the upsell suggestions feel natural rather than pushy. Opus Cart Upsell has been a game changer for my store, but what truly blew me away was the support team behind it. Vivian, Lulla, and their developer, Mia went so far above and beyond with custom coding and design tweaks that I honestly couldn’t have built a better cart drawer even if I could snap my fingers and make anything appear. They jumped on every request, helped me match my brand perfectly, and turned all my ‘it would be amazing if…’ ideas into reality. I had Lulla and Mia work together to fulfil my request of a colour change, they were both very nice and worked fast. I had a very quick response and am very pleased with the apps customer service they can code anything you need thanks gyals :)

I recently experienced an issue where discounts were not showing correctly in the cart when adding bulk products from my custom-built page. Even though it happened right before Black Friday — one of the busiest times of the year — the Opus Cart support team responded incredibly fast and resolved the problem quickly. I’m genuinely impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help, even under pressure. Excellent support — highly recommended!
