This app is super useful and truly the best in the market! The Opus Cart has significantly improved our store's conversion rates and the slide cart feature works flawlessly. I want to give special recognition to the support team - Vivian, Lulla, and Beeter have been absolutely exceptional. They responded quickly to all my questions, were incredibly patient in walking me through the setup process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was configured perfectly for our store. Their professionalism and dedication to customer success really sets this app apart. Highly recommend both the app and their amazing support team!

I've tested multiple cart drawer apps on the market and Opus offers the best performance-customizasion-support-price ratio. There are a wide variaty of features offered, with custom cart display settings based on customer tags, multilingual, auto-discounts and on top, customer support is super responsive, flexible, friendly and finds solutions to all sort of requests. Really happy with it! Thank you, Beeter, for all your help in the past weeks. :)

I had really high hopes for this app! It allowed me to achieve the 2 things I wanted that I didn't find in other apps: 1) Add a 2-milestone progress bar to my cart 2) Add simple upsell / product recommendation in-cart to boost AOV. Where it fell short for me: -It replaces the existing Shopify cart page. This isn't necessarily bad, but it felt a little buggy in some ways -- didn't always scroll consistently and I'd see the page behind the cart page scrolling sometimes. When clicking back to "cart" from the native Shopify checkout page, it navigates to the legacy native Shopify cart page instead of Opus. -The BIG one: Detrimentally impacted key conversion and AOV metrics. I watch my Shopify Analytics like a hawk and I noticed that the Checkout conversion rate metric was declining and my overall Conversion rate metric was gradually trending down. I had this app installed from Oct 10-Oct 31st, so I gave it 3 weeks. My checkout conversion rate fell from ~70% down to 59% over those 3 weeks and my overall conversion rate fell ~0.5%. Not apples to apples since it wasn't an actual split or A/B test, but it was enough to convince me to course correct. On top of all that, my main goal of boosting AOV with a 2nd milestone in the progress bar wasn't achieved. My AOV actually fell almost $1 over that time period. Again, not apples to apples with an actual split test, but this made it easy to pull Opus from our store. In the 4 days since swapping out, checkout conversion rate jumped 5% and but AOV has not recovered. It's entirely possible that I didn't design my cart optimally with their app, but I did my best to keep it simple and minimal. Opus is a good idea and offers a strong feature set, however, here's a warning to test and monitor your metrics as you swap a critical function out such as a shopping cart.

Great app. Easy to use. A few very important enhancements needed: 1) ability to change the font style in the cart. 2)the cart's "continue shopping" link to bring the customer back to shop for more is too hard to find. Should be moved up to the center of the cart and we need to be able to modify the look of this super important link.

Really nice tool to boost the AOV and CVR by creating more urgency and showing more products. They even customize specifcially on your needs. Lulla and David helped me with that.

Do not install this app! It's completely useless and doesn't even work properly as advertised. To make matters worse, after I uninstalled this broken app, it has left junk code behind in my theme files. Now, every single order I receive has an annoying and unwanted 'opus cart detail' in the 'additional details' section. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. An app should, at the very minimum, have a clean uninstall process. This one fails at its basic function and fails at being removed. Now I have to waste my time manually editing my theme's code to remove the mess this app created. Avoid this app at all costs.

To clarify, Opus Cart Drawer functions entirely as a Shopify extension and doesn’t add or leave any code inside your theme files. The “Opus cart detail” you noticed in the Additional Details section appears only for orders that were placed while the app was active. After uninstalling or disabling the app, new orders will no longer include that information. Since Shopify doesn’t allow apps to edit existing order data, older orders may still show those details.
