I recently experienced an issue where discounts were not showing correctly in the cart when adding bulk products from my custom-built page. Even though it happened right before Black Friday — one of the busiest times of the year — the Opus Cart support team responded incredibly fast and resolved the problem quickly. I’m genuinely impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help, even under pressure. Excellent support — highly recommended!

I’m really impressed with the Opus Cart Drawer & Cart Upsell app! It’s simple, clean, and super easy to use—perfect for my small business. The customer support at Opus is next level, they are always patient and they make sure they help you out to the best of their ability even if the problem seems really technical or hard. I was really pleased to be helped by Vivian and Ryan in the developer side, the work they do is really A+ and I will even want to have them in my personal store because of how good they do their work. Never imagined Opus will have developers at their disposed, many apps when the problem is really technical they always follow up with your problem and it even takes days to get resolved but in Opus their developers are like customer support agents that they are available whenever needed. Very much recommended app way better than UpCart too and the cart drawer even looks better and is more customizable!
