While KakaClo provides the convenience of a US warehouse, I've found the variety and restock rate lacking, which is disappointing. Most products still ship from China. On a positive note, their Chinese warehouse is on the ball, offering close to 100 new styles daily, which keeps my offerings fresh. Plus, the shipping from China is much quicker than anticipated, taking just about 7-10 days to get to the US, which pleasantly surprised me.
While KakaClo's US warehouse offers convenience, the variety and restock rate may disappoint, as most products still ship from China. However, the Chinese warehouse shines, adding nearly 100 new styles daily, ensuring fresh offerings. Surprisingly, shipping from China to the US takes just 7-10 days, exceeding expectations.

They have a good variety and selections of apparels however, they are so bad in maintaining business relationships. Products all the sudden out of stock, after orders are made already few days i get an email saying we are sorry, restocking 5 days delay! like why, this was not properly monitored and we were notified BEFORE our clients log their orders? Another terrible experience, their ongoing shipping delays. Barely, they deliver on time. Most if not all my orders from Kakaclo are delayed, logged in my shop with delayed fulfillment and my tracking for deliveries, always Kakaclo is way behind. Like why you guys are so bad in managing shipping? They say, we will give you 50% off shipping fee when orders are not shipped in 10 days! if they are delayed, you should waive the shipping fee altogether as we refund it all to our clients as courtesy. Not just that, I have to keep asking for the refund which by the way, i have not received yet. The 2 stats i'm giving is for the wide selections and prices. Shipping and customer service are by far not great and you guys need to seriously work on improving that.

Very disappointed with their service. Most of the time your oder been delay or missing. Very hard to get someone for help. You have to watch all the time if your oder has been shipped or fulfilled. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s a big headache experience.

There have been instances where my customers placed orders for items that were supposedly in stock, only to be informed later by KakaClo that the items were unavailable. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on their inventory management.

It’s hard to find what I need on KakaClo because things aren’t sorted well and I get lots of stuff I don’t want. But, checking out their New Arrivals makes things easier. It’s updated a lot and saves me time.

We are dropshippers, we ordered an item from kakaclo and no-one gave us any update about the item being purchased since more than 3 months although the estimated delivery time is 16 days and item was in stock. We had an issue with the customer who ordered the item because of the bad delay. If there is anyone had such same issue, please give us suggestions.
