This is a really helpful app. It helps us to easily and quickly see our orders by country. It is also gret if you want to be notified if a certain product sells. It does everything it says it does. We also needed help with something and Frances in customer support helped us until it was figured out. Great customer service.
Great idea to use the tagging feature for seeing orders by country. We appreciate the details, and also the complement on our customer service. Thank you!

The Order Automator team and Joe specifically have been fantastic. We used the Order Automator app to add a customers order count to packing slips within the app we use for our packing slips. Whilst this isn't an out of the box feature, Order Automator is fully customisable and after an email to the team, that had this feature sorted for us within a day. They've also guided on other features we want to use and nothing is too much of an ask, would definitely recommend!

We first started using this app to catch fraud orders and that worked great. We then had to start using it to catch orders using discount codes because our inventory system has a bug. Order Automator is helping us tremendously being able to work around the bug and fix our orders before they push to Quickbooks. Also, customer service is GREAT! Quick and helpful answers.

Managing orders across multiple marketplaces and Multi-location (warehouses)? Order Automator is a lifesaver! But beyond just the app itself, the Order Automator team is truly exceptional. I've had a really excellent experience getting up and running with this app. We've got automated FBA orders now to 3 market places and plan to add another in a couple of weeks. Saves us a ton of time! Support also fantastic and friendly.

Great support. The integration with Amazon's multiple marketplaces and, We had a few glitches when working with multiple Amazon marketplaces and with SFN locations. The team was quick to investigate the glitches and respond to yesterday's update. The other features are very useful as well. I highly recommend this app!

needed a subtle way to denote first time buyers to better allocate "about us" info into the correct packages and these folks were incredibly responsive in creating a custom solution for us. The app's standard settings wouldn't address our needs, but within a couple of days, they created a custom solution that was exactly what I requested and were super nice and responsive about the whole process. Top notch customer service and a very helpful product!
