The app is working well for what we need. The customer experience is above and beyond. Very responsive and quick to help!

It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks. Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

Great app that fills all our needs to automate our ordering process. Frances has been great with helping us with some custom requests as well. Recommend both the app and the team behind. Best customer service among the apps that we use for our store.

Great support. The integration with Amazon's multiple marketplaces and, We had a few glitches when working with multiple Amazon marketplaces and with SFN locations. The team was quick to investigate the glitches and respond to yesterday's update. The other features are very useful as well. I highly recommend this app!

needed a subtle way to denote first time buyers to better allocate "about us" info into the correct packages and these folks were incredibly responsive in creating a custom solution for us. The app's standard settings wouldn't address our needs, but within a couple of days, they created a custom solution that was exactly what I requested and were super nice and responsive about the whole process. This app is great for automating order notifications; we have vendors we partner with, and asking staff to simply remember what items are taken care of by partners is a nuisance. This app is great for taking that that human error! They are also friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Joe and his team have gone above and beyond. We needed a customization done where we have orders not fulfilled within a certain amount of time gathered and put into a csv file and emailed to us. Joe and his team got right on it and built it for us and it works great. I am very happy and highly recommend these folks.

We use the Order Automator app to detect, cancel and refund high-risk orders. Setting it up was super easy and the app works as expected. There were a couple of times we had some issues caused by some other apps, but the Order Automator team was always able to help us troubleshoot in a timely manner. I 100% recommend this app.

By far the best tool for connecting Shopify and Amazon. We are processing hundreds of orders a day through the app with no issues at all. The configuration is much, much more clear than any other app out there. And things work as you expect them to.
