I recently installed the app. It's very user friendly and I was able to easily navigate the UI. I reached out to the support team and Vinduja helped me. She was very resourceful and went beyond our scheduled call and she took the time to review other settings to ensure I don't have any gaps in my configuration. I am very thankful for her help and was impressed by the support experience. I highly recommend them to Shopify owner who wants to simply their shipping/delivery setup.

He went above and beyond to help me set up delivery for both retail and B2B, taking the time to understand exactly how my business works and tailoring everything to fit. Nothing was too much trouble — he was proactive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about getting things right (not just ticking boxes), Manaz is the person. Outstanding service from start to finish.
