I had some problems customising the app. Manaz spent his time walking me through how to fix the issues and was extremely patient, making sure he answered all the questions that I had. The app is now running on the store better than I had anticipated. The customer service is excellent.

Just installed today but the support team was amazing helping this non-developer make things work. They even helped me add the information being collected by the app onto my confirmation emails which saved me so much time, and let's face it, a massive headache!

Dhina was great in solving my problem. She was very responsive to reply me on email and set a zoom meeting with me, and proactively helped to solve not only 1 problem but other problems she anticipated for me. Top notch service to make something so complex easy. Thank you

Great and quick support! Barath was incredibly helpful during our setup — they walked me through how to configure product specifications for different locations and explained how to manage delivery rates.
