Pickeasy is a feature rich and intuitive solution for the delivery / pickup additions we needed for our store. Setup was easy and I look forward to exploring the expansive feature set as our needs grow. I also reached out to support to help clarify a few questions I had - they responded immediately and provided clear and detailed instructions on how to find settings or resolve my concerns. Every representative I have worked with has been excellent, but I want to especially call out Barath and Vignesh for their incredible work. Highly recommended!

I tried to set up pickup and delivery on my own and was struggling with it. I scheduled a free Zoom call to help with set up and Manaz helped me. He was so wonderful and helpful! Not only did he quickly set everything up, he also went steps further to edit some of my website code to make the checkout options look nicer for me. I really appreciated talking with him and my pickup/delivery options look great now!

I recently worked with Manaz on my Shopify setup and I have to say—it was a game-changer. From the very first message, Manaz showed patience, technical skill, and a genuine desire to get things right. He walked me through the configuration step by step, fixed issues I didn’t even realize were there, and offered suggestions to optimize my setup. He tested everything after each change to ensure nothing broke. He never made me feel like a bother—even when I asked “stupid” questions. What impressed me most: Rapid responses (often outside typical hours) Deep troubleshooting, not just copy-paste fixes Willingness to customize things specific to my needs Clear, respectful communication If you want help on Shopify and want someone who actually cares about your success—not just closing tickets—ask for Manaz. Highly recommended.
