I’ve been using the Pickeasy app on my Shopify store, and it has been an absolute game-changer for managing pickup and delivery options. The app itself is straightforward, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. What really sets Pickeasy apart, though, is their incredible support team. Whenever I had a question or needed a tweak for my store, their team responded quickly and went above and beyond to help me get things set up the way I wanted. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and customer care. They not only solve problems but also give clear explanations and suggestions to make things better. I had a unique situation with very specific pickup dates and locations, and I was so grateful that Pickeasy offered a Zoom meeting to walk me through it. Jennifer was amazing—she patiently showed me exactly how to set things up and even went above and beyond by helping with other details like helping me set my delivery and pickup fee. Her support made everything so much easier, and I left the call feeling confident about using the app. Later, I had a new question and set up another Zoom where Barath was very helpful as well. Thank you, Jennifer and Barath, for the outstanding help!

This app works great and the Logbase support team is phenomenal. I've never experienced such amazing support with a Shopify app before! I did a free trial of another app from Logbase (Dealeasy), and had such a positive experience with the support that I decided to look into their other apps. I was already using another shipping calendar app but after the trial on Pickeasy, I'm switching over. The app works really well. It may take awhile to understand exactly how to make various changes and customizations, but every single use case I needed for the app was covered. I've never known an app company whose support team will answer questions and make technical changes on the fly for you (at all hours of the day!), or where you can schedule a zoom call on Calendly to go over questions. I'd like to call out Vignesh and Kavishan from the support team who have been extremely helpful so far. I definitely recommend this app and the Logbase company!
