Subiksha was ABSOLUTELY a great help. She was detailed, patient in repeating to me. Knew her stuff well. Even took notice of the gaps that I myself didn't notice and she fixed those for me. She is indeed a great asset.

Manaz was such a big help getting Pickeasy to work with my checkout. He also recommended tweaks to my site to help with the customer experience and went through and confirmed everything was working properly.
