I re-downloaded this app recently as I had changed my business model and needed an easier way to organise orders and set cutoff times. Pickeasy had an amazing service, where I was given a one-on-one session with one of their team members to help customise and personalise this app based on what I needed. Sid spent his Friday evening with me carefully going through each step and modifier, to customise my website. Couldn't have done it without him! I now no longer need to do anything manual with my orders, everything is stress-free with this customisation. Thanks so much Sid and Pickeasy!

Superior support and a great way to customize the cart page to allow people to choose pickup or shipping (with special rules to disable whatever you need to - on specific products! yeah!)

Very helpful intro of the Pickeasy app by Veena. She was very thorough in understanding what we needed. We're very happy with the initial set up and look forward to hearing back on the enhancements we'd suggested to help us and others. Suggested enhancements: 1) allowing 2 local delivery options so customers from the same postcode can have the option to either pick a specific delivery time slot or just deliver to me ASAP. 2) integration with subscription apps such as Seal so customers can select a repeat delivery time slot e.g. 4-6pm on the first Monday of the month.

Feib did an outstanding job resolving issues and more than anything finding ways to ensure the issue was resolved and that I understood what he did so in the future, I could do it myself.

Great app with a super responsive and helpful customer service team, I had initially booked a zoom call but the online team were so quick to help resolve an issue i will no longer need this. A big thankyou to Annie for the fast and friendly help in resolving what turned out to be a simple fix issue

Rahul helped set up this app and it was wonderful. Super quick service and really helpful. He was able to sort out a problem I'd been struggling with for a while. Really really great service and very lovely guy!! would definitely recommend.
