I tried to set up pickup and delivery on my own and was struggling with it. I scheduled a free Zoom call to help with set up and Manaz helped me. He was so wonderful and helpful! Not only did he quickly set everything up, he also went steps further to edit some of my website code to make the checkout options look nicer for me. I really appreciated talking with him and my pickup/delivery options look great now!

First time user of Pickup. I chose this app after I tried another one that I found clunky and difficult to set up. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page). Additionally, Manaz gave me a bit more of his time and helped me customize a few small but very important details of the checkout process to make it clear and seamless for my customers. Subiksha is very helpful. Tho it would be very helpful if the app allows showing different languages according to customers according to the website's settings.
