Been using this app for a couple years now, and have been extremely happy with it. Sudhan and the other live chat agents have gone above and beyond to help me our when there have been issues, etc. Great experience with this app!

Their service is amazing. They always go above and beyond when it comes to tweaking the app to work better for my scenario and to help me get things set up. The app works as described and has not given me any significant issues and the few things I did have due to conflicts with other apps, the support team fixed quickly.

I have a small flower online shop and installed Pickeasy app for client to be able to choose the time and method of delivery or pick up, I had a minor issue with how it worked with my online Shopify store , but Pickeasy set up a zoom meeting to resolve the issue, Dinesh called me and was very helpful and patiently helped to solve the issue, so app now running perfectly, I recommend them if you need an app for delivery or pickup .
