Today (5/17/2023) I was helped on ZOOM by Febin. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thanks Febin! It's a bit difficult for beginners to set up, but the help from customer service is great. They will walk you through everything you need.

This app was perfect for us when we were doing curbside pickup for the last few years. It saved me so much time by scheduling all the orders. Easy to use. Great customer service when I did have a small issue. They solved it over Zoom. I deleted it as we’re not taking pickup orders now, but I will definitely reinstall this app if we return to pickups or deliveries.

Great service from Febin! thanks so much. I was stuck with the delivery zipcodes, user could go on to the cart before picking a timeslot and Rahul was so kind to help me and fix it for me.

I just launched my store and was having an issue with my product lead times so requested a Zoom call. I am not tech-savvy, however, they were patient and walked me through the resolution. Great customer service!!

I will provide more information about my review in few days, but I have to say how satisfied I feel with the service provided by Dhinakar, the role he has take is like a success product manager and even more. Tried another delivery/pick up app which was just okay. Decided to give this one a shot and let me tell you ... SO GLAD I TRIED THIS ONE! It literally does everything I need including different prep times for different products. It was pretty simple to get going, I just needed a couple of tweaks which support got done extremely fast. They knew and understood what I was talking about, fixed it in almost real time. This is the type of support I'm talking about!!!

Really helpful. So far so good, customer service is not always there, time zone problems maybe, and sometimes this app will conflict with other apps, please make like multi-discount app can not work together with this app
