Febin was amazing and even during my 14 day free trial period he gave me the time and attention I needed in the middle of the night to get tasks completed like I had been a customer for years. This app is set up perfectly for our store that does once a month produce delivery locally in rural America but ships every other day of the year with our hundreds of other products. I appreciate everything and the ease and communication he provided.

This is a great app. Easy to use and the customer support is superior. I always get a response within 24 hours and the team will join a call with me to show me how to make any changes I cannot figure out on my own. Today Barath helped me fix my shipping rates in just 5 min. What a breeze!

Excellent Customer Support !! I had a wierd issue come up and contacted support via chat. It was a code issue and cleaned up in less than 5 minutes. Total support call time in chat was about 15 minutes total. Color me impressed. UPDATE: I had to call again, and Jenifer helped me this time. These folks are just amazing.
