The app is a little complicated for inexperienced users. The support team is sometimes hard to reach and can take days to resolve issues. But when you get the right agent, everything works quite well. Dhina helped me again today, and they were fantastic. I wish everyone on the support team could be that generous, professional, and helpful!

Barrat has been wonderful. I was very confused about configuring my website with Pickeasy until he assisted me. Very friendly, easy to talk to and patient.
I've had to make about 5 or 6 zoom calls to get errors fixed.. we've had to delay our launch twice now because of errors, I'm still waiting on this to be fixed? Can someone please get back to me asap! If I hadn't invested so much time into this app I'd be changing...

LOVE THE APP AND THE TEAM. Subiksha was really helpful and fast in resolving our integration issues. Very easy to install for startup founders who have to multi task all day. Highly recommend this app. The time & date selection option is easy to use and highly helpful.

I really struggled to set the features that I needed for my shopping page. Dhina was very responsive and jumped on a call very quickly to help me. He really talked me through the steps and helped set up additional features that I hadn't even thought about. Really pleased so far with this app

My first call was with Barath. He was very helpful and patient. My call went beyond the scheduled window but he rerouted the other calls to other team members so we wouldn't be interrupted. Great support and great app! - Thanks! I had a second call with Jennifer and it was perfect! She is incredibly knowledgeable not only with their own app but with Shopify in general.
