I needed to change the settings and Raj was available immediately. He quickly fixed the settings how I needed them and was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you Raj!

Very happy with the service and assistance provided by the support team! They are very supportive, respond very quickly and solve all issues promptly. The app has made my website much more convenient for my shoppers and myself to track deliveries and in store pickups! 10/10 recommend.

Everyone is great but Siva was AMAZING! He was patient and beyond helpful. I would have deleted the app if it wasn't for him. He was able to customize the app to get it to work for what we needed to do. I've never experienced support this great before.

The app is very helpful by letting customers choose a date and time range for pick up orders. Customer service was amazing and able to fix our problems and requests right away!

This App offers complicated rules for delivery options and is very useful for our business as florists. The tech team replies very quickly and is very professional at solving problems. Janani was really helpful and patient with my complicated requests. Thank you.

This app is super easy to use and works really well! I downloaded this app to initially be able to have customers select a day and time of collecting, but later changed it to cover our delivery and postal options too and it works brilliantly. The customer service team are very helpful and very informative, they have helped me with an issue recently that I didn't know what to do with and they were very happy to help. Highly recommend.

日本のサイトで使用しても問題なく運用できます。すべて英語で記載されていますが、難しい単語は使用されていないので設定も問題なくできます。 また、不明点があってもカスタマーサービスは迅速で丁寧なのでお勧めです。 一度テーマを変更した際にアプリのインストールがうまくかみ合わず、困っていたのですが連絡したところすぐに直してくれました。

Sudhan was amazing. His knowledge is vast and he helped me set up our shopping cart so we could add 3 specific delivery days and 1 pick-up day. There is no way I would have been able to figure that out. Thanks so much!!

Kavishan is the most professional support ever! amazing app and amazing service! A bit more improvements can be done to the app to match all our requests, but I'm sure the team are open for suggestions and are actively working to improve the app!

Their App works great and has a ton of flexibility to it. Dare I say it is likely the best pickup and delivery app available on the Shopify store. Support is always top notch. Instead of just having the option for support via email or support ticket, these guys also allow you to request support via Zoom. Best service I have received out of all the Shopify App teams I have worked with.
