I don't ship products. Everything is local delivery and pick up. This app allows the flexibility without going to a higher monthly membership with shopify. I've used the zoom chat a couple of times, because I'm still learning, and EVERY TIME they were super helpful and patient.

Seamless app with INCREDIBLE support! Set-up was so easy due to the support on chat, then when we needed extra help we jumped on zoom with Janani and it was all sorted so fast! Had people test it on the website and received a lot of compliments on how easy and straightforward it was to use. Highly recommend 10/10

Janani helped us with setting up our customized shipping rates, added a new pickup location and also helped us communicate with the Shopify guru to enable some functions.
