Super easy and super convenient having the option to set it up on a call. Managed to set up the majority by myself using their guide, but there was a few things I needed help with and Sudhan & Jananee went above and beyond to help set it up and configure it how I needed it. Many thanks to both of them and I look forward to using the App.

I am very happy that I picked PickEasy for our on-site appointment scheduler. We have a very unique business and the customization capabilities and the easy of updating our availability for pickup has been immensely valuable to our business. Unlike with Shopify, the Customer Support is very responsive and helpful. Using the chat feature I can count on a quick resolution to any issue I may have.

After taking awhile to pick a date picker for my bakery I chose Pickeasy. I've only had it for a short time and already love it. It helps streamline my business and takes redundancies out of communications with customers. The customer service is fantastic- prompt, answers questions, and fixes glitches rapidly. I had an issue that took a little time and figuring out to solve, Subi attended to my case start to finish & completed what I needed solved. I'm grateful to her and her team. Highly recommend! Manaz Provided full support from beginning to end and successfully addressed my concerns
