Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Anzeige vom Lieferdatum wenn ich vom Checkout zum Warenkorb zurück gesprungen bin und habe daraufhin einen Zoom Termin mit dem Logbase vereinbart. Der Zoom Termin hat wie vereinbart stattgefunden und mein Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Obwohl mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist wurde mein Problem verstanden und es wurde sich Zeit für mich genommen. Ich kann Logbase jeden mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen.

I had an incredible experience with Dhina and Subi from LogBase during our Zoom call. He was very patient and guided me step by step through setting up the delivery date app for my store. His effort and dedication to ensure I understood everything made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend their service! Logbase SUPPORT TEAM is the best. Now I am using 2 of their apps SELLEASY and PICKEASY! 11/10 Rating Janani did an exceptional job, once again! I believe this is the 10th time I’ve asked for assistance, and each time, the queries have been handled with utmost care and precision. What I truly appreciate is that when my requests need more in-depth attention, they don’t hesitate to recommend a Zoom call to troubleshoot the issue personally. Manaz's help was amazing, he helped me with my use case within 10 minutes. Don't hesitate to download. Previous reviews of ours: Support is very fast. They fix my issues within 10 minutes. Can't recommend this app's team enough. Date picker works great too

Bindu was very helpful! I had around 4 issues I needed help with. Unfortunately, 1 is beyond her control but for the rest of my questions, she was able to answer. Most importantly, she was very thorough and went above in beyond! She answered my questions and was 3 steps ahead in making sure everything is working fine. Pickup is a fantastic app, with amazing customer support. Nandini was so friendly, and fixed my initial question plus went through my store, highlighted and resolved a few other set-up issues. I'd definitely recommend the app, as support is one of the best I've seen.

Great app. Great service. We’ve been using it for at least 2 years. Lately we had some bugs (which was in fact from a compatibility problem with another app) and it was rapidly fixed by the support team! Great job!
