Pickup Delivery Date Pickeasy

Thanks Sudhan assisting me with editing theme code to work better with the app and store, i have this app on two of my stores now.

Janani did a great job. Fantastic support experience and configure PickEasy to work perfectly with ShipEasy. In fact, Shopify support told us that we could not setup ShipEasy and PickEasy for CCI API and had to select one. But she proved them wrong and got it to work.
